About Us
Focused on Trusts & Estates
We practice in the field of trust and estates.
We build estate plans, including complex and sophisticated
tax planning when required. The firm handles all aspects
of estate and trust administration. When disputes arise
in trust and estate matters, we represent clients in
the courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums
such as mediation and arbitration. As part of the planning
process, the firm advises clients on the formation and
operation of charitable trusts, private foundations,
donor-advised funds and other nonprofit organizations.
